Katy, TX · Managed mowing since 2005
Same crew, same morning, every week. Twenty years of locked-in routes through Cypress, Fulshear, Richmond, and the west-Houston subdivisions — flat per-visit price, no surprise add-ons.
Free, no-pressure walk-through. We quote on-site so the number you get is the number you pay.
What's on the route
Managed mowing is the core service. Bush & bed care, mulch, sprinkler tune-ups, and seasonal cleanups are subscription add-ons stacked onto your existing weekly route — no separate calls, no separate crews, no separate invoices.

How it works
Hiring a managed-mowing crew should be boring in the best way — predictable, quiet, easy to forget about.
Send us the address — call, text, or use the form. We match it against the existing Katy / Cypress / Fulshear / Richmond routes the same day.
A crew lead walks the property within the week, looks at sun pattern, slope, dog gates, and obstacles, and quotes a flat per-visit price on-site. No high-pressure pitch.
You pick the mow day. From there it is the same two-person crew, the same morning, every week — quiet, on-time, gate latched, walks blown clean.
How we manage your lawn
"Mow Managers" is the whole product, in three words. We manage the route so you don't have to manage the lawn. Twenty years of locked-in Tuesday-Friday routes through Katy, Cypress, Fulshear, Richmond, and the west-Houston corridor.
You pick the day. We lock it. The same crew rolls up the same morning every week — your gate latch, your dog, the back-corner zone the sprinkler missed.
No upcharges, no "discovered work" added at the end. The number on the on-site quote is the number that shows up on the invoice every month.
Skip-a-week, push a day, swap the route — handled in one message. No phone tree, no on-hold music, no callback the next afternoon.
Each route has a dedicated two-person crew. They learn the property over the season. Different from the rotating-crew mowing services in west Houston.
Look for the clipboard on the door.
— that's how the route knows you're a manager-customer, not a one-off.
From this week's route
All of these are weekly-managed customers. The lawn looks like this between our visits — that's the entire idea behind a managed route.

In their words
A few of the long-time managed-mowing customers across Cinco Ranch, Cypress, and Fulshear who put up with us showing up the same morning every week, rain or shine.
Three years with Mow Managers and I genuinely cannot remember the last time I had to think about the lawn. Same Tuesday morning, same crew, gate latched. The street notices.

Switched from a guy who would skip a week and not tell me. These folks just show up. The 24/7 text line is the underrated part — quick yes/no on schedule changes without a phone-tag chain.

Twenty years in business shows. They knew our St. Augustine had chinch-bug stress before we did and pointed us to the right treatment. Fair flat-rate billing. Easy to recommend.
