Our story
Started in 2005.Still on the same routes.
Mow Managers Houston started in 2005 with one truck running a single Katy route. Twenty years later we run multiple weekday routes through the west-Houston corridor — but the operating principle has never changed. You pick a mow day. We lock it in. The same crew shows up the same morning every week.
Most of our customers have been with us for years. Cinco Ranch, Cross Creek Ranch, Falcon Ranch, Grand Lakes, Seven Meadows, Cypress proper, Fulshear, Richmond — every neighborhood has a day, and the day holds. That predictability is the entire product. Everything else — bush & bed care, mulch, sprinkler tune-ups, seasonal cleanups — gets stacked onto the existing route, never as a separate visit, never as a separate invoice.
We don't do high-pressure sales, we don't upsell on the truck, and we don't add “discovered work” to a flat-rate quote. The lawn either looks good or it doesn't — that's the only thing that matters.

We run routes Monday through Friday from Cypress in the north down through Katy, Fulshear, Richmond, and into west Houston. If your address isn't in this list but is close to one of these routes, ask — we usually can.
